A Short Essay ~ My Country

The name of my beloved country is Pakistan. It came into being on 14th August, 1947. The Muslims of India had to make great scarifies to achieve homeland. Quaid-e-Azam is founder as well as first Governer General of Pakistan. But he did not live long and he died on 11th September 1948.

Pakistan has an strong position geographically our  neighbours are India, China, Iran and Afghanistan while Arabian sea is touching to southern side of Pakistan.Pakistan is a country with verities of land surface as well as verities of climates. We have hottest and coldest spots of the world.

Pakistan appeared on the map of world as an Islamic state. The official name of our country is " The Islamic Republic of Pakistan". The Muslims desired a separate state because they wanted to live in accordance with their cultural values and Islamic laws.

Pakistan_zindabad

Pakistan is basically an agricultural country. A great portion of population depends on agriculture. The urban ratio of country is very low and literacy rate is not more than 30%. The peoples living in villages are very simple, faithful, trustworthy and hardworking. Pakistan is very rapidly growing and its population is consisted of Muslims, Hindus, Christians etc. Urdu is national language while English, Sindhi, Siraiki, Pushto, Punjabi and Balochi are other important languages talked in major areas of Pakistan.

Allah has bestowed Pakistan with large number of natural resources. Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Multan and Sialkot are other important cities of Pakistan. Karachi has the main seaport in Pakistan. Allah bless on Pakistan, Ameen.
